• Vidējā cena par m² samazinājās par 10.3% salīdzinājumā ar iepriekšējo periodu.
• 71.4% no Rīgā reģistrētajiem dzīvokļu darījumiem šajā periodā bija padomju sērijveida ēkās, savukārt 12.9% - jaunajos projektos (celtos pēc 1994. gada).
• Jaunā celtne (1994–2014) dzīvokļi vidēji ir par 66% dārgāki par m² nekā vecbūve (līdz 1945) ēkās.
• Lielākais cenu kāpums bija Āgenskalns apkaimē (+56.5%).
• Kopā reģistrēti 1926 dzīvokļu darījumi Rīgā šajā periodā.
